Port of Tilbury, London’s major port, announces today a new 5-year agreement with Cefetra, one of the leading supply chain managers in the UK, to handle animal feed imports into the port for the East Anglian area.

The agreement, which commenced on the 1st January 2015, will see the terminal at Tilbury handling thousands of tonnes of animal feed each year. The port will also provide a dedicated 60,000 metric tonne storage facility on the quayside which will ensure the product is well protected and easily accessible for onward road transportation to customers.
