The Rusmit compound feed plant in Bobrov, Voronezh Region — part of the Agroeco group — is without a director after Evgeny Naydenov left the post. According to the Russian company registry, Naydenov stepped down; a new head has not been appointed.
Naydenov had led the plant since November 2024 and said he left due to a change of professional focus. He did not disclose further plans. He continues to work in the agricultural sector as general director of Bela Volga, a dairy cattle breeding company, a post he has held since April 2025.
Rusmit is a production asset wholly controlled by the Agroeco holding and specializes in making finished feeds for farm animals, supplying the feed base for the group's projects. The managing organisation is Agroeco-Management; the founder is Group Companies Agroeco.
Financials reported for 2025 show Rusmit generated revenue of 1.29 billion rubles and returned to profit, with net profit of 8.1 million rubles compared with a net loss of 2.5 million rubles in 2024. The company was registered in the Voronezh Region in 2018.
