Agroprodservis to build 400,000 t/yr compound feed plant and 40,000 t elevator in Ternopil region

On a five-hectare site in the village of Ostrov, Ternopil region, Agroprodservis is building a compound feed plant with a nominal capacity of 400,000 tonnes per year alongside an elevator complex for 40,000 tonnes of grain storage. Construction work is underway and the project is scheduled for completion by the end of 2027. The developer budgets the project at UAH 1.2 billion, with an expected payback period of six years.

Agroprodservis, founded by Ivan Chaikyvsky in 1999, now groups 22 farming units operating nearly 50,000 hectares across six regions. The holding already operates an integrated agricultural and processing chain — from seed production and cultivation of cereals and oilseeds to a soybean processing plant, a flour and groats mill, canned products lines, plus poultry, livestock, meat and dairy production. Company-reported revenue rose 40.6% in 2025 to UAH 7.6 billion. The new feed mill and elevator will add in-house compound feed production and storage capacity to the group’s vertically integrated operations.
