Effective combination of stabilizing and cooling to improve pellet durability as well as hardness of aquafeed and livestock & poultry feed. Integrating pellet stabilization (post ripening) with cooling, the machine is compact in structure and convenient in operation and maintenance. Stabilizing time can be up to 15～20 min in order to further increase the ripeness of pellets with better gelatinization and quality of finished product. The temperature of the cooled pellets will not be 3～5℃ higher than room temperature, moisture removal rate≥3%, helping to evidently improve water stability of pellet. Apply to produce the aquatic feed, shrimp feed, superior quality livestock and poultry feed which have higher production requirements and water-resistance.
