Can i use expired bakers yeast in animal feed production?

    Do not know what kind of animals you are making food for. Ruminants would be particularly harmed by baking yeast as it produces gas. think it is carbon dioxide.

    I would not do that, expired or not. It is used to make bread and pastries rise when cooking. It gives the airiness/fluff to bread.

    If you mean brewers yeast that would be great. It is a bi product of brewing beer and is high in protein.
