Job Description
FEEDMILL SECTION
1. Ensure 100% execution of the companys budget for Feed Mill
2. Set production and marketing agenda for the feed Mill
3. Oversee day to day activities of the Feed Mill
4. Execute the company's short term and long term developmental plan
5. Ensure the optimum use of feed mill resources for quality product
6. Establish Trends Feed Mill / Farm Laboratory unit and recommend appropriate equipment within 3 months
7. Visit customers regularly and receive feedback on the performance of our products and services and provide technical advice to management.
FARM
1. Design the farm annual budget
2. Set Production and Marketing agenda for the farm
3. Implement the companys short term and long term development plans for the Poultry, Piggery, Fish pond and Crop farm
4. Monitor reports of the day to day activities of farm
Salary:Attractive Salary at par with Industry Standard

Candidates with overseas experience have advantage
Candidates with Sales / Marketing exposure have advantage
