Is turkey feed higher in protein?

Is turkey feed higher in protein than gamebird or duck feed?

im confused. its either:
high protein = turkey
low protein = gamebird and duck
OR
high protein = gamebird and duck
low protein = turkey
broiler chickens can handle any of that but if they eat turkey feed they have higher protein and will gain faster, or they can have gamebird or duck and it takes a while longer for them gain but might have better meat? or eat turkey feed gain faster and have good meat. i dont know i am totally confused. anybody have any help?

    I start all my babies on Turkey Crumble. It's higher in protein than chicken or duck crumble which would explain the increased growth rate.
