Milling of Bagasse

I was wondering if anyone has any ideas on the best way to mill sugarcane bagasse down to a size of about 0.1-1mm. Alternatively, would anyone know anyone who could do this for a fee? The material is very fibrous with a low bulk density and there is about 300 kg of it. I am in Victoria, Australia.
