Quick Die Change
Our company has recently bought a Pellet Mill for our new plant down south. The model was CPM 7936-12. We have projected that since the new plant will only have 1 Pellet Mill, we will have a lot of changing from 4mm to 3mm dies and vise versa. So we are faced with the problem on how to shorten the change die time. I've read about CPM's Q-One Quick Change System but they say that its only applicable to an older CPM model. Anybody who could give us info on Quick Die Change System applicable to the model i've mentioned above? What other ways can we do to shorten the changing of die?
