Tender for import of dies for pellet mill of M/S Muench make
We invite sealed offers from reputed manufacturers/suppliers/contractors for the supply of the following items:
1. Detailed specification:
Model: RMP520
Die Size: SUSR TC wide 8mm did hole, 16 rows x 143 = 2288 Nos.
OD: 640mm
ID: 520mm
Width: 183mm, Taper fit
The die hole shall remain as 8mm throughout the life span of the die. Minimum throughput shall be 10000MT
2. Quantity: 9
3. Delivery: Within 120 days FOR Cattle feed plant, Malampuzha. LC to be opened by the supplier.
4. Price: to be quoted in Indian Rupees.
5. Clearing and forwarding charges: To be included in the quoted price
6. Payment: 40% advance and balance against delivery
7. Guarantee: The die supplied shall be guaranteed for a minimum throughput of 10000MT each. In case the die fails before giving the above throughput during operation due to manufacturing defect, replacement shall be done free of cost.
8. Validity of the offer: 45 days
9. Party's experience in the field: to be indicated in the offer.
