South Korean investors offered opportunity to participate in the construction of Russian feed mill

South Korean capital is being invited to participate in the construction of a feed mill located in Belogorsk, Amur Oblast, Russia.

The announcement was made at an official meeting where head of Belogorsk, Stanislav Melyukova met with South Korean counterpart Mr. Hwang Eun Sleepy and representatives of other branches of the South Korean sister city.

Today's meeting was held in the leadup to a planned official visit by a Russian delegation, led by Stanislav Melyukova, to the Republic of Korea.

Bilohirsk is ready to offer South Korean investors the opportunity to participate in the construction of the feed mill.

The feed mill's construction began in October last year, in the industrial zone of Belogorsk. The feed plant will cost an estimated total of 360 million rubles (USD11.5 million) and will produce high-quality feed for all types of livestock.

The plant will have a maximum capacity of over 57,000 tons of feed per annum, when fully operating the feed mill will have a production capacity of at least 15 tonnes per hour.

The first phase of the feed mill and grain elevator is scheduled for September 2014.
