HET Screeners are responsible for separating dry materials according to particle size, providing accurate screening and separation.
Before pellets and/or crumbles are stored in the finished product silos, they are passed over a vibro sieve. The fines are seperated by means of sufficiently sized screen area whle the dust is passed back to production process prior to the presses via separate outlets.
Champion gyro sifters are designed for screening, sieving and deagglomerating. Champion gyro sifters also are widely used in the oil extraction industry to classify meal from the dryer/cooler. The aggressive sieving action of the gyro sifter breaks some of the agglomerated meal, reducing the load on the meal grinding system.
