Extruder (Wet)

Equipped with conditioner the injection of steam and water in either the preconditioner and/or the extruder, is adjustable.

Dry Extruder (SPHG2500a)

The Dry extruder is applicable for raw material pretreatment, such as extruding full fat soybean, soybean cake and cotton seed cake and it can also be used for extruding livestock and poultry feed, such as piglet feed.

ECOtwin: Twin-Screw Extruder

Buhler's ECOtwin is an extrusion system consisting of the extruder, the preconditioner and the periphery. Its capacity is matched to the specific requirements of industrial petfood and fish feed production.

Extruder (Dry)

Dry extruders are designed to run without moisture or prior conditioning of the raw materials. Widely used for soybean, corn, low moisture highly expanded starch products, slaughtered animal waste, etc for use in the food and feed industries.
