Mineral Processing Unit
We need the following for crushing, grinding of quartz with 99%SiO2 of 50T/day capacity:
Process flow:
i. Receipt of mined boulders of above 100-200mm size.
ii. Crushing in Impact crusher
iii. Grinding in sizes maximum 4mm.
iv. Screening in four or five different sizes- lowes permissible: 100mesh
iv. Screened sizes to be stored in different bins.
v. Screened sizes to be mixed in specified weight proportions- Computerised operation
vi. Mixing of different screened sizes.
vii. Packing in 50kgs. bags.
Please note that you are required to quote for only those items which are in your scope of supply. You can neglect the items which are not relevant to you.
You are requested to kindly forward your most competitive quoted rates for the same and spares for two years on our address at the earliest.
The cost of third party inspection of equipments and stuffing of container shall be to suppliers account. All equipment shall be packed in sea worthy boxes and detailed specification of packing 'shall be provided with offer.
Your offer should be complete with the following:
1. Lowest quoted price in US $ on FOB Indian port basis.
2. Drawings with components, part numbers and material of construction.
3. Please mark commissioning spares included in offer and separate commended spares for 2 & 5 years operation on the cross section drawings.
4. Printed technical literature.
5. Commercial terms and conditions.
6. Separate prices shall be indicated for providing services for erection,
commissioning and testing at site.
