Pellet Mill

Gyro Sifter
Champion gyro sifters are designed for screening, sieving and deagglomerating. Champion gyro sifters also are widely used in the oil extraction industry to classify meal from the dryer/cooler. The aggressive sieving action of the gyro sifter breaks some of the agglomerated meal, reducing the load on the meal grinding system.
Series 999: Roller Mill
Roskamp roller mills are the ideal machine for a wide variety of grinding applications. Equipped with solid rolls for long life and reliability, Roskamp roller mills offer up to 60% energy savings when compared to a typical hammermill system.
HM: Hammer Mill

Mark IV: Flaking Mill
A flaking mill is meant to compress and flatten a product into a thin and uniform product. The flaking process is very important in achieving the maximum nutritional potential of a feed pellet.

Pellet dies must resist abrasion, corrosion from chemical exposure and breakage caused by the physical stresses of pellet formation. The optimum die combines high resistance to abrasion, breakage and corrosion with maximum productivity.
