HYSYS, Hygienizing and Compacting

DFDA: Micro-Proportioning System
In order to offer feed manufacturers maximum dependability, Buhler has developed a high-precision micro-proportioning system.
It has designed for the production of premixes, formulated feeds, fish feeds and petfoods.
DPSP: Homogenizer
Buhler's DPSD is applied for the homogeneous dispersion of steam and liquids throughout a dry material.
DFML: Speedmix High-Speed Mixer
Buhler's DFML is for mixing free-flowing dry materials encountered in the animal manufacturing and food processing industries.
PPA: Post Pelleting Application
Post pelleting application of Enzymes and other liquids in small quantities.

BASA: Single-Screw Extruder
Buhler's BASA is for the production of aquatic feeds and petfood processing up to 5 t/h. This Single-Screw cooking extruder is an effective tool to capitalize on the benefits of the extrusion technology.
ECOtwin: Twin-Screw Extruder
Buhler's ECOtwin is an extrusion system consisting of the extruder, the preconditioner and the periphery. Its capacity is matched to the specific requirements of industrial petfood and fish feed production.
DFZK: Vertica
Buhler's Vertica is used for pregrinding, postgrinding applications and it is suitable for size reduction applications in the food processing sectors as well as in other branches of the industry.
DFZL: Crumbler
Buhler's DFZL is for the grinding of animal feed which must have a uniformly coarse structure. Applied in the feed manufacturing industry for crumbling feed pellets of '3 '6 mm.
