Before pellets and/or crumbles are stored in the finished product silos, they are passed over a vibro sieve. The fines are seperated by means of sufficiently sized screen area whle the dust is passed back to production process prior to the presses via separate outlet. There are single and twin deck sieves available for this work. Twin deck sieves are primarily used for seperating various sizes of pellets or pellets and crumblers. By using different screen combinations you are able to sieve out different products without changing the sieve.
