Rolls are of the Hghest quality chill cast iron. All rol?s are cast, machined and ground to the best technical specifications. Depth of chill. is mm 20 mm and allows repeated recorrugafions for long rolllife.
Roll shaft bearings are double row, spherical roller and self aligning. Large dia. shafts are precision machined from high tensile, high yield alloy steel.

The base frame is fabricated from heavy gauge carbon steel for max strength and rigidity. Bearings are mounted in massive bearing housings. Desing of base and bearing housings ensure best roll and bearing life. Rolls are protected from the shock of foreign objects by springs. Rolls, driven by double section belts, provide long life quiet in operation and require little attention. The roll feeder Is standart. Feed roll is corrugated to fit products processed. Independent drive and positive gate action easily adapt to full automation control. The roll housing is designed to allow roll removal without disturbing the machine body.
