When the grids are closed, the product is poured in to room, from top, star valve, until the formation of a thick layer. Altough, bottom grids prevent the product to be poured in cool air which is drawn in by means of aspirator at the top, passed in two warm products and its cools product from bottom to top. Grid motor is excited by level indicator and grid vibrates and firstly at the bottom cooled pellets start to pour out.

Pellet cooler is a simple machine. it is only a clossed room. Bottom is equipped by grid system. In this system also there are air suction opening, material feed inlet and at the bottom, a bunker which cooled materials are poured in.
