Buhler's DPSD is applied for the homogeneous dispersion of steam and liquids throughout a dry material.
Product Specifications
In the feed manufacturing industry, such materials include: fats, molasses, propionic acid, water, oils vinasse and similar products. The machine is installed ahead of or after the main mixer, ahead of a ripener or directly ahead of the pellet mill.
Equipped with the necessary measuring devices for dry materials and liquids, and with an appropriate electronic control system, the machine is excellently suited to fully automatic operation.
