Buhler's DFML is for mixing free-flowing dry materials encountered in the animal manufacturing and food processing industries.
The optimised geometry of the mixing trough and the carefully matched shape of the paddles reduce the mixing time to a minimum while maintaining a homogeneity meeting quality requirements.
Depending on the specific nature of the material being mixed and of the liquid, the Speedmix is suitable for liquids addition rates of up to 5%. The easy-to-clean design of the machine does not have any inaccessible areas. The discharge opening, which extends along the entire trough length, ensures complete material discharge, thereby effectively preventing any cross-contamination.
