Review
A very simplified and factual piece of work. Its strength lies in the fact that the author managed to incorporate the critical and practical nutritional aspects of virtually all important farm animals. The author managed to highlight these aspects in the simplest language available in the highly technical field of animal nutrition. This should make the book appeal across the whole cross-section of livestock practitioners, from academics to the ordinary livestock farmer. Being one of my latest acquisitions, I have no regrets over buying it. It has assisted me a great deal in my busy schedule as animal nutrition research fellow and as an assistant lecturer in the same subject.
